Sweet William of Earlville Raw Honey is a complete food which contains all of the healthful ingredients the bees and nature put in. Each jar of Raw Honey has a layer of honeycomb with pollen and propolis. These goodies from the hive form on the top naturally during the solidifying process. Throughout the creamy honey are vitamins, minerals, and traces of royal jelly. Raw Honey comes from remote areas where there is NO commercial farming and NO pesticides or chemicals.
Unlike other honeys that claim to be raw, our honey is packaged COLD and it's never heated or strained. Heat, above hive temperature, kills the active, health-promoting enzymes.
